Ten questions — your role, your goal, five role-specific statements, an honest self-rating on four pillars, and your daily time. It orders the twelve modules around your answers. It reports what you told it; it does not manufacture a score.

Today it runs in preview mode: framework-guided feedback tied to each lesson's rubric, clearly labeled as a preview. The full conversational coach ships in a later release — we would rather be honest about that than fake it.

Anonymous progress lives in your browser. With an account, progress and your quiz profile are stored against your user id. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account — both from Settings, no email required.
